location in the upper Albaicin adjacent to the Mirador at Cruz de la Rauda, an important historic monument and viewing point. The Rauda House place you near El Salvador Church,
Plaza Larga with its cafes and restaurants, San Miguel Park, Sacromonte (home of flamenco shows & classes), and the culturally-rich surroundings
of this exquisite UNESCO World Heritage Site. These charming flats and house rentals provide for a complete
self-catered vacation.
Two different rental options are on offer: The primary rental is the Calle Cruz de
la Rauda House, with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, ample terraces, kitchenette, living room, and dining room. The Loft View
apartment can also be rented independently, with 1 loft bedroom, kitchenette/dining room, and 1 bath. Alhambra Vistas is a member of Canticum Hotels: Eco-luxury, assuring you of the highest quality accommodation and vacation apartment experience. There is
a minimum 3-night rental for all apartments. No smoking is allowed inside (only outside on terraces or in the courtyard). We can also arrange cooking lessons at the adjacent Granada Cooking School as well as put you in contact with schools offering language, flamenco, history, and culture classes in the
vicinity. Plus, November to April, enjoy reservation-only catered
gourmet dining from Relais & Chateaux chefs at Rauda!
All accommodations are tastefully decorated with hand-carved wooden furniture and original artwork. Vacation
apartment and house rental options include: - Cruz de la Rauda House spacious
accommodation (+/- 1300 sq ft) with 3 bedrooms (queen size beds 1.5 x 1.9 meters), 1 full bath (including tub) with handpainted
tiles, 1 attic bathroom with shower, living room with double sofa bed, 1 kitchenette/dining room off of the interior courtyard,
television with DVD/VCR, refrigerator, electric kettle, very large terrace, Granada's best Alhambra views, near
Sacromonte & flamenco. 150 euros/night for up to 6 persons. 2-night rental minimum only!
- Loft View apartment with 1 bedroom (queen bed) located in the attic, kitchentte/dining room
marble floors, cd/casette player, views to the Albaycin and Alhambra from the loft, upper terrace with
dramatic views. Bathroom on 2nd floor with shower, sink, & toilet. 85 euros/night for 2 persons.
The Cruz de la Rauda house is part cave house, located in one of the most historic parts of the Albaycin, close
to both cultural attractions and nature parks. Walk to the Alhambra Palace entrance or Plaza Nueva within 25 minutes. The
entry door is at the Mirador de la Cruz de la Rauda, a famous viewing point for the city. Please e-mail us for more details.

destinations in Spain, so you can visit even if you aren't planning on
staying here. With popular Malaga timeshares you can travel to Granada in under
two hours to visit Alhambra Palace, which stands sentinel over the city

Reservations
We accept payment by check or cash, and VISA or Mastercard charged in U.S. funds and prices are in euros. We can
also accept banke wire transfers. Please e-mail us for information.
A 50% deposit (non-refundable after 7 days) is due upon making the reservation for your Granada vacation rental,
and the balance is due 21 days before arrival. Most commonly, we will bill charged your VISA or Mastercard in U.S. $ once
we receive your request. Alternatively, you can make arrangements to send a check or bank transfer for the apartment.
